The apartments are good and spacious, the pools clean, the office lady, Jennifer is a nice lady, she helps out when needed and she's very understanding and helpful, she's kind and respectful

Jennifer at the front desk is awesome! She’s always super friendly and easy to talk to. Anytime I need help with something, she’s quick to take care of it and always has a great attitude. It really makes a difference having someone like her around — she keeps things running smoothly and makes living here a lot nicer. Thanks, Jennifer!

I visited these apartments with a friend thinking of moving into Lindsay Palms . Jennifer was so welcoming and kind to us both , made you feel at home right away. The apartments have washer and dryer in each apartment—-so no having to share! It’s beautifully kept cleaned around the outside with very nice landscaping. I’d say it’s a nice pleasant place located in Mesa.

I want to start by giving a big compliment to the leasing office team for helping me get settled in so quickly. They answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. When I moved in, a few appliances needed attention, and the team didn’t hesitate—they inspected everything thoroughly and took care of all maintenance requests right away. Thank you for the stove Randy! I was impressed with how quickly everything was handled, which made it easy for me to settle in and feel at home. Any time I’ve submitted a repair request, it’s been addressed the very same day. That level of service speaks volumes about how well this property is managed. Now in my fourth week living here, I can confidently say I made the right choice leasing at Lindsay Palms. I’m very happy with my decision and feel lucky to have found a place with such a responsive and caring management team.

Me and my family currently live at Lindsay Palms Apartment Community! We absolutely love living here! The location is great and safe! It’s very convenient and close by everything! The leasing office staff is wonderful, kind and very helpful! Thank you Lindsay Palms! A great place to call home, until we can afford to own a home.
